The Corporate Officer's duties are as prescribed by the Community Charter. In addition, the Corporate Officer is responsible for providing advice and guidance to the Council of the Town of Lake Cowichan and is responsible for providing relevant information to support the decisions of Council. The Clerk also manages all records of the town, including its bylaws, minutes and agendas
